WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a full range of Network and Audio-Visual (AV) projects, including conference rooms, presentation rooms, training rooms, wireless deployments, mobile builds, IDF expansions, and managed network environments. This role requires a strong background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Audio-Visual and Networking projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee deployment of AV systems for new projects, Day 2 projects, replacement projects, and system decommissioning efforts.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and objectives while aligning with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution.

Technical & Process Management

  • Possess deep technical knowledge of AV and Network products, including their capabilities and limitations.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure best practices in system design, implementation, and lifecycle management.
  • Make informed recommendations on product selection, redesign, and technological enhancements based on project needs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Partner with global teams, including engineers, security teams, leadership, and other Project Managers.
  • Work closely with external technology providers, customers, and partner teams to align expectations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at multiple levels.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management

  • Proactively identify potential issues in AV and networking solutions, ensuring the correct resources are engaged for resolution.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to address errors and optimize solutions.

Training & Mentorship

  • Train and mentor junior team members, providing measurable growth opportunities.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying and recommending strong candidates for the team.

Global Impact & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to global process improvement initiatives and documentation.
  • Optimize cross-functional workflows and drive efficiencies across regional and global teams.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, AV system integration, networking, or a related field.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of Audio-Visual and Networking products, including deployment methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex AV system rollouts and network implementations.
  • Ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies to optimize business outcomes.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, with the ability to drive clarity and structure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
