Board is looking to bring on a Project Manager to join us in our London office.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing all project activities through an excellent understanding of processes, documentation and communication. You will be responsible for our projects’ success as regards quality, time and budget. The PM must be eager to learn the Board functionalities and features in order to contribute to a successful project delivery and the overall team’s success. 
RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Managing the entire project lifecycle from definition/scope through delivery and post-go live. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, project timelines, and project schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and updated on project progress.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Learning the BOARD technology features and characteristics and use such knowledge to ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including liaising with technical resources and ensuring they have the necessary information to deliver project requirements.
  • Training and coaching team members in project; while monitoring team performance and taking corrective actions if needed.
  • Project administration and documentation.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
  • Co-ordinating, attending and facilitating project and steering meetings.
  • Ensuring that project actions/risks/issues are effectively handled to time.
  • Invoicing of Professional Services and ensuring on-time payments.
  • Liaising with internal and client staff at all levels including project stakeholders. 


REQUIREMENTS 

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role (preferably with BI or CPM solutions) 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail 
  • Proven experience in managing Transformation Projects preferrable within the retail industry, CPG or manufacturing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages will be considered a plus 
  • PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, SCRUM will be considered a plus 
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases 
  • Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently 
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related field 
  • Ability to travel (mainly Domestic)
