Project Manager

Salary: £37,000 per annum with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Alperton Lane, London HA0 1ER

What you'll be doing;

  • Implement projects to support our customer-facing teams (sales and customer service)

  • Attend monthly meetings with Camden Council to present updates

  • Work with the customer service and sales teams to implement and manage projects that will streamline customer onboarding and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Work with operations to increase Camden’s service offering, including the expansion of current recycling services and the introduction of new services.

  • Pro-actively develop tangible ideas for new projects and work streams to generate additional commercial revenue

  • Manage the continuous update development and roll-out of communication assets 

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Camden Council to ensure joint partnership working at all times.

  • Be a point of delegation for the Commercial Portfolio Manager.

  • Be proactive in understanding upcoming legislative changes that will impact all customers, liaise with the Strategy

  • Manage policy changes, and implement any necessary workstreams as a result of changes.

What we're looking for;

  • Project management experience

  • Local knowledge of the London Borough of Camden

  • Experience in using waste management systems including Echo, Salesforce and PowerBI

  • Experience working with local authority clients

  • Effective Communication skills

  • Good IT Skills
