As a Project Manager, you will apply professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control the timeline, cost, and performance. This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and managing customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring and other aspects of a project and/or team deliverables.

Your future role within QRT includes:

  • Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, across departments and/or systems
  • Establish clear ownership for project tasks and provide timely feedback
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives, specifically supporting teams with designing approaches, process re-engineering and embedding
  • Assess project issues and identify solutions to remove roadblocks
  • Proactively track and communicate project status, issues & risks to management
  • Establish good project management practices, policies, procedures and methodologies within the team
  • Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view
  • Work collaboratively across teams and group functions globally, to ensure that all communications are delivered and understood
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other project related meetings
  • Lean in to support other team projects and/or deliverables when needed
  • Continuously analyse and recommend ways to improve business processes and systems efficiency
  • Implementation Duties & Responsibilities
  • Define & maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle and coordinate documentation when needed
  • Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises, and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain timelines and target dates in designated software tool e.g. Excel, Monday.com, JIRA

Your present skillet:

  • Solid Project Management skills and experience, preferably within the Finance or Technology sectors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyse complex data
  • Commercial awareness: the ability to develop estimates and manage to budgets
  • Extensive experience, ability and gravitas to work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including 3rd parties and senior clients, to codify requirements and design solutions that are robust, practical and effective
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills to give you the necessary credibility and influence internally and externally, as well as to handle difficult discussions firmly – but always tactfully – when required
  • Confidence and energy to inspire and motivate the project team
  • Ability to learn and understand complex systems and processes
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Eager to learn new concepts and challenge the existing business framework
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
