As a Project Manager, you will be leading a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop and qualify the next generation of command and control systems. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and as a linchpin in the project team. You’ll have the chance to work on a high profile programme, so great opportunity to develop your career.
Our UK Defence business is a Sovereign software and systems centre of excellence. As well as developing and supporting UK wide and internationally deployed multi-domain command and control systems, our work is critical to the modern backbone of the Royal Navy. We pioneer – with fierce curiosity, dedication, and innovation, we seek to solve the world’s most challenging problems.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Multi-Domain C2 end-to-end projects to the agreed baseline and budget
- Develop and maintain positive engagement with customers, partners and suppliers
- Maintenance of forecasts (both financial and resource demand)
- Regular reporting of progress against baseline

- Strong problem-solving skill, with proven ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems
- Good attention to detail
- Strong Communicator – including written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with all audiences/stakeholders
- Proficient user of MS office
