We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team. This exciting opportunity for a technical project management professional encompasses all facets of digital capability delivery, working closely with the clients focused on driving global marketing innovation. Engaging with global and local teams, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring first class delivery of solutions.

  • Manage team delivery, including project scope, backlog of tasks, and client priorities
  • Create, maintain and review project plans and schedules, running weekly internal & client-facing progress updates & revising based to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Plan & manage team effort, communicating clear requirements & delivery timelines to all stakeholders
  • Develop project scope management plan used to define, manage, control, verify and communicate to the internal and external project teams. Involved in project estimates and budget tracking
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions, identifying project risks and issues and providing mitigation plans and proactively resolving roadblocks (platform and / or email limitations, data, etc)
  • Develop understanding of operational workflow of client’s business and how the software system supports the business workflows and data.

Qualifications

As our Project Manager, you ideally will have relevant project management experience in a global, matrixed organization. You will be a strong communicator and pride yourself on attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Dedicated project management experience in managing complex data and analytics related projects, including creating project plans, managing communications and updates both internally and externally, tracking progress and problem solving
  • Excellent negotiation, time-management and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritise activities
  • Understanding of remit / competencies of Developers and Business Analysts
  • Ability to manage risk, as we are likely to encounter challenges related to data quality, security, scalability, and integration in the process of the development stage.
  • Ability to demonstrate success in delivering high value projects above USD $1m

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
