As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading technology initiatives supporting the Human Resources sector. You will share project leadership with business partners and be responsible for structuring, planning, coordinating, and monitoring the work of a multidisciplinary team of approximately ten people to ensure successful delivery.
You will also provide clear, reliable, and action-oriented reporting by maintaining ongoing visibility into progress, risks, issues, and outcomes. In addition, you will develop and sustain effective working relationships with internal and external partners and service providers to support the achievement of business objectives.

What You Will Accomplish With Us
As a Project Manager, you will be at the center of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering all project management activities related to the projects and mandates assigned to you;
- Monitoring project budgets, estimating remaining work, and managing delivery capacity on a quarterly basis;
- Contributing to the organization of delivery teams required to achieve objectives, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon directions, and helping stakeholders stay focused on high business-value priorities;
- Managing service agreements with external vendors when required and maintaining effective collaborative relationships with various partners;
- Adapting your approach to different delivery contexts, including Agile teams, Lean-Agile transformation environments, or more traditional delivery models, with or without external vendors or systems integrators;
- Organizing, coordinating, and facilitating planning, tracking, and feedback activities;
- Supporting teams in managing risks, issues, and delivery blockers, and defining action plans to facilitate initiative execution;
- Communicating the overall status of initiatives regularly and transparently, including assumptions, value delivered, timelines, costs, quality, risks, issues, blockers, progress, and achievement of objectives and benefits, in accordance with the standards established by the IT Portfolio Management Office (aPMO);

We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their natural leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate and mobilize teams;
- Excels in negotiation and conflict management and demonstrates outstanding teamwork skills;
- Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, a solution-oriented and continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to anticipate challenges;
- Is known for excellent communication skills and has experience using planning and tracking tools;
- Is recognized for being open to innovation and interested in leveraging the potential of artificial intelligence to optimize ways of working;
- Has a minimum of six years of experience as an Information Technology Project Manager;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience;
- Holds a PMI-ACP, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or higher-level certification, which would be considered an asset;
- Has an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the role involves communicating monthly with unilingual English-speaking technology solution providers across Canada through emails and phone calls;
