  • Manage project governance, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications
  • Identify and remove delivery risks, issues, and blockers before they impact project success
  • Oversee testing, client acceptance activities, project sign-offs, and transition into operational support
  • Manage change requests and project controls while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Provide clear project status updates to both client and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery practices and processes

  • Demonstrated success delivering projects to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client satisfaction with successful project outcomes
  • A structured approach to project management and governance
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
