Role Overview
As a Project Manager/Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle. You will lead projects, gather requirements, tailor the platform, and deliver training, ensuring timely and successful adoption. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, domain experience, client management skills, and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Plan, schedule and manage implementation projects from initiation to go-live
- Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and tailor the solution accordingly.
- Solution Implementation
- Tailor the Lantern SaaS platform to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and data migrations.
- Training and Support
- Deliver end-user training sessions and create supporting documentation
- Provide post-onboarding support and ensure a smooth transition to customer success teams.
- Process Improvement
- Continuously refine onboarding processes and best practices
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience
- Proven experience in project management and client-facing roles within SaaS Fintech
- Private Market domain exposure
- Experience with software implementation, system integrations, and data migrations.
- Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and APIs.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project etc.).
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
