We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager experienced in SaaS implementations. You will act as a strategic partner with our clients, using your consulting experience to provide solutions, and manage delivery and implementation of our Connected Work programmes. Connected Work helps our clients by aligning their teams with organisational strategies, transparently conveying business and ROI costs, and building a well-integrated technology stack. 

Note: This is a remote, work from home position

As a Project Manager at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Independently manage large or complex projects for one or more clients
  • Prepare project plans and manage delivery of the project according to this plan
  • Track project and provide regular status reports to project team and key stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate any potential changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
  • Identify and effectively manage potential risks
  • Manage communication and engagement relationships with the client and LeapPoint senior team members to ensure the project is delivered to the specifications within the contract
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Account team to facilitate the transition of the engagement from the sales phase to the delivery phase
  • Perform basic project coordination and administration activities, such as maintaining a project plan in Workfront
  • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability on your projects
  • Manage budget based on requirements and track costs (including hours tracked by team members) to deliver project on budget

The following skills will set you up for success:

  • Experience in managing projects related to Workfront, integration, AEM, process optimisation, etc is desirable, but for the right candidate not essential
  • 1-3 years Client facing project management experience
  • Must reside in the UK

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel
