To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented RemoVisa Project Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.

We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in mobility and experience in managing vendor operations within the EOR industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a product line end-to-end, including but not limited to benchmarking services and vendors across countries, full lifecycle of vendor management, overseeing all expat cases, standardizing internal and external knowledge, building SOPs, enabling internal teams to grow the engagement with the product, and reporting on KPIs related to mobility services. You will play a critical role in improving client experiences, ensuring operational scalability and profitability, as well as supporting strategic decision-making through data and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to global mobility services, pricing structures, knowledge and vendor management. Be the company expert on mobility
  • Source and benchmark global mobility offerings to enhance competitive positioning.
  • Analyze and report on revenue, margin, and performance metrics for mobility-related services.
  • Own vendor relationships, negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Manage invoicing and reconciliations for mobility vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Oversee all mobility cases ensuring delivery of excellent service, seamless process, and compliance through collaboration with vendors and client facing teams. 
  • Manage client escalations related to mobility services, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Legal, Product teams, and Client Services to ensure seamless delivery of services and expansion of engagement with the product.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal and client facing knowledge hubs.
  • Drive compliance, process and product improvements and expansion opportunities  based on the data and research.
  • Drive improvements to the product roadmap by surfacing operational pain points based on the data and collaborating with the Product team to scope and prioritize platform automation and tooling enhancements.

What you’ll need:

  • Expertise in global mobility services and regulations.
  • 3–5 years in project or program management roles, ideally within the EOR field.
  • Proven experience in vendor sourcing and management.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, handling escalations and delivering solutions.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Gsheet/Excel, project management tools.
  • Bonus: familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, Figma.
