We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Operations with great communication skills and an understanding of casino games to join our Casino unit. As a market leader in the gambling and financial trading industries, Playtech is at the forefront of delivering business intelligence-driven gambling software, services, content, and platform technology. For this position, we are considering candidates from the UK, Estonia, Ukraine and Gibraltar.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Assist in the smooth release of content. Ensuring all stakeholders (platform teams, QA, regulation, account managers, sales, release manager) have completed their tasks before a new game is published. 
  • Communicate with management (content head, game producers, release managers, account managers) to ensure smooth delivery and sales of new content and assist with strategic decisions regarding the content portfolio and distribute tasks based on the competencies of the teams. 
  • Be assisting with the end-to-end process for the planning, development and delivery of content according to agreed budgets, highlighting any potential cost inflation during development.
  • Assist with the creation of the content roadmap and ensuring early publication for internal and external use; ensuring that deadlines are met, any delays are mitigated and that early exclusive content is managed smoothly by closely cooperating with the management team to deliver the content roadmap to stated aims 
  • Support and consult the B2C brand owners and the B2B account managers regarding games selection exclusivity. 
  • Support the maintenance of online casino games' documentation of product requirements. 
  • Be supporting work between Casino BI and the Casino operations manager to collate game attributes for databases and tools.
  • Advise on games development and roadmap positioning and communicate game performance analysis results. 
  • Maintain high-level status document for game development stages. 
  • Liaise with the Legal and Compliance team to ensure adherence to various company policies in a structured process. Capture requirements of obstructive or overly inhibiting policies to enable a policy review. 
  • Organise and coordinate the timely and structured removal of expired and/or poorly performing games, communicating with all affected parties. 

Qualifications

  • Have excellent attention to detail, and an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly.
  • Bring strong teamwork, coordination, planning and influencing skills. 
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Casino customer and worldwide customer landscape. 
  • Have experience working with Scrum AGILE delivery methods and a good understanding of the Game Producer’s role. 
  • Bring strong verbal and written communication skills, able to write clearly and interact well with all levels of audience. 
  • Have an understanding of SDLC and the ability to work closely with technology teams to clearly schedule functional and non-functional requirements. 
  • Have the ability to handle various tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Are self-driven and have the ability to work at a fast and efficient pace in a dynamic organisation. 
  • Have experience with Monday, JIRA and Confluence. 
  • Can think proactively and outside the box to provide workable solutions to problems. 
  • Are aware of the team and how individuals are affected by actions.
