About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our clients and lead its Project Management strategies. 

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining project planning and scheduling, coordinating teams across a matrix organisation, managing and mitigating project risks, controlling budgets, and ensuring high-quality standards across projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work on various innovative projects while contributing to continuous improvement and leadership initiatives.

Our client is a cutting-edge German dual-use technology company in the Defence sector. They are driving automation with unmanned ground vehicles and advanced AI-powered software platforms, offering a shaping role in an environment that’s both international and dynamic.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Oversee project planning and scheduling to keep initiatives on track.
  • Coordinate teams across a matrix organisation with both internal and external partners.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks while troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Control budgets effectively and ensure projects meet financial targets.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and distributors to align expectations.
  • Maintain and enable high-quality standards across projects.
  • Support leadership initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Your Profile
  • Solid experience in project management within technical or industrial environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Experience coordinating with varied stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
  • Familiarity with common office software tools is a plus.

Please note that we are looking for support in the London office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within UK is required as well.
