Lead complex, high‑impact projects from concept to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the successful delivery of technically and financially complex projects—driving scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction while serving as a trusted partner to both clients and executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Lead

  • End‑to‑End Project Ownership – Drive project execution across scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget for large, complex programs.

  • Customer Partnership – Act as the primary customer interface throughout execution, building confidence through transparency and results.

  • Financial & Technical Accountability – Own forecasting, revenue, margin, and overall financial health while ensuring technical excellence.

  • Executive Communication – Independently report progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.

  • Team Leadership – Lead cross‑functional execution teams, facilitate project meetings, and align resources to meet project objectives.

  • Risk & Change Management – Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and lead change execution to protect outcomes.

  • Commercial Contribution – Support the sales and bidding phase, including contract packages, award selection, and contract negotiations.

  • Mentorship – Coach and mentor entry‑level Project Managers, strengthening execution capability across the organization.

  • Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement improvements that enhance delivery performance, margin, and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

  • Ensure contractual compliance and project governance.

  • Advance operational excellence through disciplined execution.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, planning, or manufacturing environments.

  • Experience in the water or wastewater industry preferred.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.

  • Proven ability to manage project financials (forecasting, revenue, margin).

  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Executive‑level communication skills with sound judgment on escalation.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise strategy.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and collaborative leadership style.
