Lead the execution of the Invoicing initiative in the Procure-to-Pay product vertical, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, and coordination among teams.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Invoicing initiative within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) product vertical for Vessel OPEX. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and predictable delivery. You will turn strategy into action, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the invoicing capability is delivered on time, at quality, and in alignment with the broader P2P roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Drive the full lifecycle of the Invoicing project: planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and delivery
- Translate high-level product and business requirements (provided by the Lead Product) into structured project plans and actionable workstreams
- Coordinate engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams to keep execution aligned and unblocked
- Maintain a clear timeline, milestones, dependencies, and budgets for the project
- Run regular stand-ups, updates, and steering committee meetings
- Identify risks early and own mitigation plans
- Produce documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates
- Ensure the invoicing implementation aligns with P&L and strategic objectives
- Perform operational and technical research needed to support implementation decisions
- Drive change-management and rollout activities once the feature is ready
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in SaaS, fintech, ERP, supply chain, or workflow-heavy products
- Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across time zones
- Clear communication, structured thinking, and ability to simplify complexity
- Experience with workflows, invoicing, payments, or procurement is a strong plus
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership from day one
- Familiar with agile and hybrid delivery models
