Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in insurance industry, preferably in brokerage insurance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, a deep understanding of insurance processes, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery.
As part of the consulting team, our Project Manager will:

  • Manage insurance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all parties involved
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
