We are seeking someone confident engaging at senior client and vendor level, comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape and grow a nearshore delivery capability alongside direct access to UK-based leadership.

  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams — Implementation Consultants, Business Intelligence Consultants and Analysts — across Belgrade and London.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for client sponsors and stakeholders, and liaise directly with BlackRock eFront product and support teams.
  • Manage change requests, escalations and risk mitigation across active workstreams.
  • Support pre-sales and scoping activity, including estimation and proposal input for new eFront engagements.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and status reporting; prepare and present steering committee packs.
  • Ensure delivery adheres to Alpha FMC and vendor methodologies and tooling, including Azure DevOps, Jira and GIT repositories.

  • Support resource planning across the nearshore team and contribute to hiring, onboarding and mentoring of team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, templates and best practice for eFront implementation and managed services.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing BlackRock eFront or similar vendor implementation, configuration or managed service projects — eFront platform experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record delivering technology or data implementation projects within private markets or asset management.
  • Experience managing distributed or nearshore delivery teams is a strong plus.

Solid working knowledge of private equity, private credit, real estate or infrastructure fund operations and lifecycles.

Communication:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at senior client and vendor level. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Education:

  • BA/BSc in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Our Commitment to Inclusion:

  • At Alpha, diversity, equity and inclusion are critical to our success. Our priorities show a focus on fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace where individuals are treated fairly regardless of gender or background. We welcome applications from disabled people and are committed to making our recruitment process and workplace accessible and inclusive for everyone.
