Overview

We're seeking a London-based Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of cutting-edge social media and creative projects. This role goes beyond simple project management: you'll drive the success of global campaigns by ensuring creative vision and operational execution align seamlessly, while acting as the key point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

You’ll bring innovative solutions to complex production and project challenges, overseeing creative direction, project timelines, and resource allocation, while also ensuring that the work connects deeply with culture and client objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end management of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations and goals.
  • Serve as the main client liaison, overseeing communication, troubleshooting, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and refine production schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between creative, production, and account management teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Oversee creative production from ideation through post-production, ensuring creative vision aligns with client goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and freelance talent.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve project processes and drive innovation within the agency.
  • Monitor project performance and implement strategies to optimize delivery, managing risk and resource allocation.
  • Ensure content is aligned with creative briefs, maximizing creative quality across all deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of project management and creative production experience, ideally in social media, advertising, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven success in managing complex, large-scale creative projects, including budget management and schedule oversight.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
  • Experience in global campaign management, adapting content for different markets, and coordinating multi-market rollouts.
  • Expertise managing diverse production styles, including video, experiential, and social content.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
