Job Description

We are looking for Project managers to join our dynamic, innovative and client-focused team. You will work on some of the most exciting projects in the world, involving large hotel conversions, superb residential projects, and high profile mixed use projects. You will work with leading property developer clients who invest in the capital.

This opportunity is open to Project Managers who have the skills and experience to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes. You will be responsible for conducting research, establishing processes and systems, producing project plans, managing teams, monitoring and documenting project progress and changes, preparing communication materials and reports, liaising with the client, contractors and designers, and attending meetings.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Conduct background research, data collection and bench marking
  • Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
  • Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators
  • Track and document changes
  • Prepare written project communication materials
  • Prepare formal project progress and other reports
  • Liaise with the client, contractors and designers
  • Attend meetings and draft minutes, etc

Qualifications

  • Project Manager working with a leading consultancy across large sites in London
  • Projects can include residential, commercial and mixed use
  • Successfully delivering the whole project or a large element of it
  • Experience with working on projects of £20m++
  • Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
