About Us
A creative agency built on quality and craftsmanship. For over 20 years we’ve partnered with heritage and contemporary brands on rebranding, brand creation, and strategic guardianship — across two UK studios. Part of Together Group: 600+ people, 12 agencies, 30 offices in 16 cities, serving the world’s leading luxury and lifestyle brands.
The Role
You’ll sit within our Client Services team, keeping projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly — from setup and scheduling through to reconciliation and client reporting. Working closely with Directors and practitioners, you’ll be the connective tissue that holds projects together.
About You
A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency. You build trust easily, juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball, and bring commercial awareness alongside genuine enthusiasm.
– Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
– Commercially minded — comfortable balancing client expectations with scope and budget
– Discreet and dependable across all levels of the business
– Confident with Microsoft Office; quick to pick up new systems

Key Responsibilities
Project Setup & Management
– Set up new projects; ensure contracts are signed, filed, and scoped before work begins
– Schedule work efficiently against budget and deadlines; build client-facing timelines

– Proactively manage risk — flag overspend or delays early and find solutions

– Support Directors in planning studio capacity across upcoming stages

Client Relations
– Deliver outstanding client service and maintain long-term relationships
– Prepare briefing documents, proposals, and project management materials
– Run client meetings — scheduling, minutes, and follow-through

Reconciliation & Finance
– Reconcile projects against scope, schedule, and budget weekly and monthly

– Brief Directors ahead of finance meetings; capture and recharge project expenses

– Flag scope creep early; support agreement of additional fees where needed
Growth
– Identify opportunities to extend scope or develop new workstreams within existing accounts

– Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For
An Account or Project Executive, or a junior Account/Project Manager ready for their next step, would be a great fit. What matters most is that you know the luxury world and have the ambition to grow.
The Person

– Ambitious — driven to develop and take real ownership
– Highly organised — nothing slips through the cracks
– Enthusiastic and energetic — you raise the energy in any room
Experience & Background

– Agency experience is essential
– Background in creative, luxury, design, digital, or a related sector
– A strong, genuine understanding of luxury and its standards

– Experience in account or project management; potential matters more than seniority
– Comfortable with large budgets and financial accountability
– Global client experience a bonus
