As a project manager at Gallup, you'll create structure and momentum across client engagements while building the expertise, relationships and commercial acumen that strengthen your impact as a strategic partner. What You’ll Do

  • Design and manage delivery structures that create clarity, accountability and predictable outcomes across complex client engagements
  • Develop integrated project plans, coordinate resources and manage dependencies, milestones and timelines throughout the project life cycle
  • Take ownership of client accounts, balancing delivery excellence with strategic advisory and account growth responsibilities
  • Establish governance processes, decision-making frameworks and communication plans that align stakeholders and support successful delivery
  • Monitor project health, scope, budget and commercial considerations while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Orchestrate collaboration across consulting, research and operational teams to maintain execution momentum and outstanding client experiences
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering confidence and alignment throughout project delivery

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least four years of experience in project management, client management, consulting or professional services roles required, including experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional fluency in French and English required
  • Experience in a client-facing role required
  • Experience supporting account growth, business development or strategic client relationships preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or comparable project management certification preferred
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, strengthen workflows, develop content, synthesise information and enhance client outcomes preferred
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s London office at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
