  • Risk & Contract Management — Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and manage contractual obligations with suppliers and contractors.
  • Budget & Reporting — Monitor project budgets, prepare progress reports, and ensure transparent communication with senior management.
  • Commissioning & Handover — Lead commissioning activities, performance testing, and final handover to asset management teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as Project Manager in BESS, PV, or large‑scale renewable energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of UK grid connection processes, including direct experience with DNO/TSO (e.g., National Grid, UK Power Networks, SPEN, SSE, Northern Powergrid).
  • Experience managing EPC contractors and multi‑disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of UK HSE regulations and CDM requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast‑paced environment.
