Job Description:

•    You combine considerable professional maturity with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing project management and market research. 
•    You have a strong interest in the broader context of the life sciences industry. Moreover, due to the international character of this environment, you will need extensive affinity with and openness towards the “global world”.
•    Since you are also overseeing &  performing part of the analysis of projects an analytical mind and a firm grasp of statistics are of the utmost importance.
•    You have excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills.
•    As you will also closely work together with the clients and inform them on the set-up and further details and progress of the project to guarantee that the end product will meet their expectations, it is imperative that you are a proactive problem solver with strong listening and communication skills. Evidently, to this end, you need to master the art of negotiation as well, since the development of a marketing research tends to be a process of giving and taking, in which you sometimes will have to advise the customer on the further course of a project.
•    You are not only good at determining what your message should be, but you wrap it up well, verbally as well as in written form, so that your message comes across clearly. This way you will have no problems in your communication with either fellow suAzians or the customer.
•    International experience is a must.
•    Experience with working in a virtual office is an important plus.
•    Strategic marketing experience in a pharmaceutical, bio-tech or healthcare company is not mandatory but perceived as a important plus.
•    You have a deep and heart-felt sense of personal responsibility for your work, you are meticulous and no detail will escape your eye.
•    Due to your leadership qualities, being in charge of a particular project team and coaching them through the different steps and actions the project requires, comes natural to you. 
•    Stress and time management are your middle names and you will have no trouble accurately following up the planning of a large scale project or juggling those of several smaller ones, always keeping the deadlines in the back of your head without being too troubled by the pressure.
•    You have a hands-on, pragmatic and pro-active work approach.
•    You are a problem-solver with a high degree of flexibility. 
•    Your natural entrepreneurial spirit will enable you to be self-regulating and autodidact. In addition to that, innovative thinking and courage will help you to constantly improve and strive for the best solution.
