Position Overview

Working within Adobe Professional Services the Project Manager will work directly with our customers and system integration partners to initiate and lead their digital marketing and transformation projects using the Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.

Working at multiple levels with the customer, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and work on team staffing. You will coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring to closing.

Aid customers in improving Adobe solutions by understanding their challenges and crafting innovative, measurable solutions. The role covers the UK&I, Middle East and Africa and is primarily UK based. You should be able and willing to travel 30-60% of work time and work from the Adobe London office around 3 days per week.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery Management
  • Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution
  • Management of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reporting
Program Operations & Commercial Management
  • Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
  • Project communication to client and/or partner and internally within Adobe
Quality Assurance & Customer Success
  • Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards
  • Customer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions
  • Work with other Adobe teams to provide customer with the One Adobe experience
Practice Development
  • Active participation in PMO practice development
Required Skills & ExperienceProject Management & Delivery Expertise
  • Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background)
  • Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions
  • Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects
  • Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM
Adobe & Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Experience in implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign, Commerce
Problem Solving & Communication
  • Outstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization.
Collaboration & Global Delivery
  • Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.
Education & Qualifications
  • A professional project management qualification & business consulting background
  • Minimum of 6 years project management experience in the industry.
