We’re hiring for a Project Manager to join our UK&I PMO Team in London on a 6 month fixed term basis from 5th May 2026.

Purpose of the Role

Dentsu UK&I is embarking on multiple transformative programmes, managed by the UK&I PMO and overseen by the UK&I Steering committee. The committee prioritises, reviews, and approves significant projects, acting as the central forum for escalation and issue resolution.

You’ll be aligned to the biggest programme in the UK portfolio currently looking at the end to end transformation for one of our business areas. You will work with the team running the discovery activity across the media business, coordinating activity from discovery to solution development and rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the coordination of a number of projects within the programme (from discovery phases to solution builds and process experiments).
  • Manage stakeholders, ensure effective and timely communication, and secure senior-level support to maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure all project documentation is in order and easily accessible for the whole team.
  • Work with teams to plan and manage sprints, ensuring clear and consistent communication, managing the backlog and all regular team rituals.
  • Flag any blockers to team leadership as required.
  • Implement robust project governance, monitor progress, maintain project integrity.
  • Develop and agree on project budgets, meticulously tracking forecast and actual costs to ensure financial control.

Experience

  • Project management experience with practical experience of Agile planning and experience with iterative delivery sprints.
  • Experience across a variety of projects (could include any of the following org structure change, tech, data, process change, behavioural change).
  • Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrate a strong presence and strong communication skills, influencing across teams to get things done.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity with the ability to find solutions and make progress without always seeking direction.
  • Passionate about driving change and delivering exceptional project outcomes.
  • Experience working with developers and engineering teams is preferable.

The team is based in our London office, the team is currently in the office 2-3 days per week.
