YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be dedicated to our KFC account, plus supporting on a well-known digital FS brand. The day to day is focus on delivering high volume creative production services across large/cross channel; data, print and digital projects and campaigns. Deliverables will include but won’t be limited to; emails, DRTV, DOOH, Display, Social, Print.

• Responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day agency efforts on assigned projects, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines

• Managing the creation of campaign assets from initial brief response, working with the Senior Project Manager

• Maintaining project status through regular liaison with clients, client services, creative, strategy and technical teams – educating and managing expectations throughout

 • Regularly updating internal and external stakeholders (all levels) on project status

• Reporting on project success criteria and measuring results

• Developing workable budgets, project scopes and realistic timetables

• Define project scope and create time plans

• Managing out of scope requests, initiating additional estimates and approvals.

• Proactively drive projects to final stages of completion

• Actively monitor briefs to advise and plan around resource clashes and client priorities

• Ensure creative work only leaves the agency at the required and with the correct approvals

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

  • Experience in a similar Project Manager role
  • Specific experience in TTL production
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Adept at building strong relationships at all levels and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Creative flair, innovative approach and problem-solving mentality
