About the team
The ICCG-PCB (Industrial Competence Center Group Printed Circuit Boards) is the production facility for complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) within the Thales Group. Think top-tier quality, challenging designs, and customers from all over the world.
The products are delivered globally within the Thales Group as well as to external clients. The ICCG-PCB consists of approximately 70 colleagues working in production, quality, logistics and engineering. We are currently in a ramp-up phase and are looking for new talent to strengthen our team!
About your future job
In this role, you will act as a data and reporting specialist for ICCG, supporting the growth of our production facility. You combine data analysis with project coordination, serving as the linking pin between the shop floor and management. With your expertise, we transform data into knowledge and knowledge into action.
The main tasks are
- Translate raw data into meaningful visual insights using charts, tables, and dashboards.
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
- Create clear and professional PowerPoint presentations to support project communication and reporting for (senior) management
Why you'd be a good match
- Educational background in (technical) Industrial Engineering (HBO level)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination or support
- Strong skills in data visualization and analysis
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
