Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-focused individual accustomed to working in an agile environment, with a willingness to learn and develop their skills. Our team works on both internal and regulatory-focused programs, where attention to detail, planning, and strong communication skills are critical.
As a Project Management Office - Strategy & Portfolio Management Office - Associate in the Strategy & Portfolio Management Team, you will be part of a small but expanding team, operating in both a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for supporting projects from inception and monthly reporting.
Job responsibilities

  • Create decks for reporting through various forums, not only for current projects but also for activities undertaken by the wider team.
  • Support end-to-end execution, tracking milestones, and creating reporting for project updates.
  • Assist in creating an efficient project governance structure, including working groups, project plans, RAIDs, scorecards, and senior management updates.
  • Maintain evidence of progress and relevant artifacts to demonstrate successful project completion through SharePoint.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency in processes through regular evaluation and adaptation.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find solutions.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience creating executive summaries and aggregating presentations with agendas and materials.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with PitchPro+ (Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a project management environment.
