Back in January 2020, tms were thrilled to be appointed as Priority from O2's partnership agency of choice. Priority is the jewel in Virgin Media O2's impressive crown, the centre of their commitment to become truly customer centric. And as the telecoms sector continues to evolve, Priority will be one of - if not the - key strategic focus for the business.
To continue to develop and strengthen our relationship between O2 and tms, we're looking for a Delivery Executive to join our team.
This role is responsible for leading key activity for Priority in 2025. The individual will be responsible for the creation and management of all project timelines, keeping core stakeholders (both internal and external) informed with changes and deadlines. They will be the central liaison between Priority, in house digital specialists and the Account Team at tms, managing responses to client and feedback loops.
Working closely with the Delivery Team at VMO2 they will be responsible for the in app delivery of the programme, incl. CMS set-up, generating previews for approval, UX testing, code management and actioning any ongoing offer or editorial changes. They will also be responsible for reporting and interact with other VMO2 teams to ensure a successful member experience end to end.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE AGENCY
Client & Team Partnership

  • Display a passion for Priority and a willingness to deliver excellence in Priority activations as part of a wider team
  • Drive delivery of key activity within Priority working in conjunction with Account Management and internal collaborators


Account Management

  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach - working effectively across different departments
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, juggling priorities and managing time effectively
  • Proactively & independently support your line manager and wider team
  • Proactively provide timely project status information and contact reports for line manager and the wider team
  • Demonstrate an appetite to broaden experience outside of the assigned day-to-day working with peers to deliver competitor reports and other areas of activity / management
  • Excellent attention to detail always


People Management

  • Be a great teammate, working in partnerships with all cross-functional teams and ensuring upwards management to your Account Management colleagues making sure all necessary colleagues are kept regularly informed where relevant and any key decisions are made as a team


The all-important numbers bit

  • Show an aptitude for understanding and assisting the Account Management team in their day-to-day management of projects costs, estimates and budget tracking
  • Assisting the team to raise the required PO's and invoices to keep on track with the agreed Project Billing Schedules


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Demonstratable experience gained from either a marketing, creative or digital agency
  • Enthusiasm for marketing and willingness to get involved with all project areas
  • Strong IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Have excellent writing skills
  • Have a desire to learn great presentation skills (writing and delivering)
  • Be able to express thinking / ideas with clarity, confidence and logical reasoning
  • Be proactive at coming up with and contributing to ideas

  • Work well under pressure


Any of the following would be a plus

  • An understanding of promotional marketing would be ideal
  • An understanding of the telecoms industry
  • Marketing qualifications (e.g. ISP, IDM, CIM, IPM) desirable
