Job Description

Are you looking to take your first steps as an engineer in London? ACCIONA is offering an exciting opportunity for early‑career engineers with 0 to 3 years of experience to join us as Project Engineers supporting the design and delivery of a major water infrastructure project in London.

As a Project Engineer, based at Walthamstow London E17, you will play a role in the technical development and execution of engineering solutions within the water sector, working alongside experienced professionals in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of technical designs for water and wastewater treatment systems.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during the planning, design, and execution phases of the project.

  • Assist in the review of drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

  • Prepare technical reports and help track key project performance indicators.

  • Contribute to problem‑solving and continuous improvement activities across the project.

Required Skills and Competencies

We are looking for engineers with 0 to 3 years of experience in one of the following disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control (I&C). If the candidate has prior experience, it must be within the industrial sector, and any experience in the water sector will be considered a strong advantage.

Candidates must have an advanced level of English and the right to work in the UK, as the role is based in London. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to develop their career within a major infrastructure project.
