Project Director

The Project Director works closely with the Partner team as a leader and connector in the business to nurture and grow client relationships at Prophet. This role involves day-to-day brand leadership, creative project direction, and delivery oversight. It requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive successful outcomes.

Your Day to Day

Client Relationship Management and Development

  • Partner with the Partner team to provide strategic direction and guidance.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day client relationships as a strong representative of Prophet.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities to expand Prophet’s services.

Project Management and Delivery

  • Oversee daily execution against workstream scope and objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and specialists to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Keep Partner teams informed of workstream developments, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and production processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Ensure quality control in all client deliverables and interactions.

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify and develop client growth opportunities.
  • Confidently lead and contribute to RFPs across Prophet’s service offerings.
  • Support Partner teams in shaping new business approaches for brand creation, culture, digital, campaign, and activation initiatives.

Commercial Responsibilities

  • Serve as a quarterback on pursuits and projects.
  • Partner with the finance team to oversee financial project management.
  • Monitor and adjust resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage invoicing across clients and vendors.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead project teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Conduct project reviews and ensure clarity of team roles throughout engagements.
  • Navigate challenging conversations and conflict resolution with professionalism.

 

What You BringQualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualifications preferred.
  • Extensive experience in brand transformation, including brand creation, culture, and campaign strategy—ideally within a leading brand consultancy or advertising agency.
  • Strong knowledge of brand transformation strategy, with the ability to contribute effectively.
  • Expertise in creative methodologies, UX/UI design, information design, and corporate branding.
  • Proven project management and client relationship management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for brand, marketing, and design strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
