Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Creative Services team, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Creative Services team, working closely with managers and coordinators who oversee design, copy, art direction, and production. You’ll collaborate with internal teams such as Content, Marketing, Partnerships, HR, and Digital Marketing to deliver creative projects efficiently and effectively. This role offers variety, visibility across .com, email, brand, and social channels. You’ll manage day-to-day project tasks, coordinate resources, and maintain workflow integrity to meet deadlines, budgets, and brand standards.

You will work across central operations, ensuring briefs are delivered on time, resources and capacity are assigned correctly, and copy teams deliver content and assets promptly. In addition, you’ll support the Brand Design team in delivering artwork and print for the business. This is an admin-heavy role, acting as a workflow driver with an overarching view of all briefs coming in.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support the Creative Services Manager in assigning resources and managing project timelines and approvals.
•    Act as a liaison between stakeholders and creative teams, ensuring briefs are clear, complete, and actionable.
•    Maintain and manage project tracking tools (Trello, Teams trackers, ProofHQ) across 20+ concurrent projects.
•    Oversee end-to-end workflow for projects, including briefing, production, approvals, and delivery.
•    Collaborate with project managers and other coordinators to deliver business objectives and uphold SLAs.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have exceptional organisational skills, a passion for process, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships across teams. Accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential to your success.

You will also have:
•    Proven experience in process-driven roles with strong administrative skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft programs and confidence using tools like Excel and Trello.
•    Ability to prioritise, manage workflows, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
