Post Acceptance Co-ordinator (Project Coordinator – Design)

Salary £37,560 – £46,950 per annum plus strong benefits package and excellent career progression opportunities/support.

Location: Aspect House – Blantyre (hybrid work pattern)

Permanent / Full Time (37 hours per week)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Post Acceptance Coordinator to join our distribution business within SP Energy Networks. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth handover to our delivery team by managing processes and documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting design processes from initiation to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage regulatory aspects of customer service, verify details, and liaise with design teams to confirm changes.
  • Ensure processes and reporting meet regulatory and licence requirements.
  • Prepare and issue project documentation for delivery and land/planning teams.
  • Drive performance improvement through stakeholder feedback.
  • Produce feedback on internal systems and action development points.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships.
  • Promote an exemplary safety culture across all activities.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders for project requirements.
  • Provide project management support using SAP systems.
  • Coordinate with Land and Planning teams, monitoring systems and raising legal documents/drawings.
  • Communicate with customers on key milestones and timescales.

What you will bring

  • Experience in a Programme/Project Coordinator role or similar, with a track record of managing projects or initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and relevant incentive mechanisms.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance customer service with efficient project delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and devise solutions to complex challenges.
  • Collaborative approach across multiple teams.

Minimum Criteria

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in documentation processes.
  • Background in administrative, project coordination, or customer service roles within engineering, construction, or utilities environment
  • Computer literacy.
