The Role
We are looking for a proactive Project Co-ordinator to join our team supporting the delivery of exciting Mobile Network Operator (MNO) projects. This is a 6-month maternity cover contract with the potential to extend.
It is a fast-paced role where strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are key. You will support projects from mobilisation through to completion, coordinating documentation, arranging site access, maintaining project trackers and acting as a key link between the team, contractors and clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting project managers with project mobilisation and coordination
- Preparing RAMS, trackers and project documentation
- Arranging site access, outages and inductions
- Reading bills of materials and organising procurement for site works
- Liaising with contractors and site teams to track project progress
- Providing regular updates to the client and keeping stakeholders informed
- Producing handover packs and completion documentation
- Raising risks or issues early and helping keep projects on track
Requirements
About you:
We’re looking for someone who
- Is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication skills and is confident liaising with clients via email and calls
- Takes initiative and picks things up quickly
- Is comfortable spinning multiple plates and keeping teams updated
Ideally you’ll have
- Experience in a Project Co-ordinator, Project Administrator or PMO support role
- Experience within telecoms, infrastructure or MNO projects (desirable)
- Knowledge of RAMS, project trackers and project documentation
- Experience coordinating contractors, site access or project logistics
