You’ll work within a multi-disciplinary environment, developing and assuring integrated schedules, engaging with the supply chain, and supporting performance reporting. By helping to identify risks and opportunities, drive efficiencies, and provide clarity, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring successful project outcomes.

🔹 What you’ll do:

  • Partner with supply chain teams to assure contract compliance of schedule deliverables.

  • Build, maintain, and assure integrated schedules that drive alignment with project goals.

  • Track and report on progress, providing accurate updates, variance analysis, and forecasts.

  • Support month-end reporting cycles with timely, high-quality data.

  • Facilitate workshops, peer reviews, and supplier engagement sessions.

  • Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to highlight interfaces, risks, and mitigations.

🔹 What you’ll bring:

Essential

  • Experience in a construction or infrastructure environment.

  • Solid scheduling expertise, including Primavera P6.

  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Confidence building schedules from first principles and reviewing supplier submissions.

  • Understanding of schedule hierarchy, integration, and change control.

  • Familiarity with NEC or FIDIC contracts.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Desirable

  • Degree or equivalent in construction, engineering, project management, or related field.

  • Knowledge of QSRA, design processes, and CDM.

  • Experience in stakeholder management.

  • Membership of APM, AACE, PMI or similar (with certifications).

  • Experience using Power BI and other reporting/analytics tools.

  • Nuclear sector experience.

📍 Requirements and Location

  • Full right to work in the UK

  • Hybrid working with 2–3 days on site (London or Suffolk)
