We currently have a brand new opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our Programme & Implementations function at our site in Derby.

As a Programme Manager you will oversee implementations across the function, from new contracts and renewals to business improvement initiatives, taking an uplifted view of progress, making sure projects run on time and to budget.

You will use resource planning and performance matrixes to support your decision making, enabling you to provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Reporting into the Programme Director, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of programmes, utilising effective stakeholder engagement to establish robust governance of the function as a whole.

About You

You will have previous Project Management experience and ideally be fully or part qualified in a relevant professional certification (Prince2 etc..)

You can demonstrate an ability to manage high volume, fast paced projects effectively.

You will have experience working within the aerospace industry or an adjacent sector (automotive, manufacturing etc..)

You will be able to demonstrate excellent commercial and business acumen.
You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Some experience in procurement activities would be beneficial (e.g. purchasing and profitability strategies)
