About The Role
To provide a strong presence on the project and ensure cohesive integration throughout the programme, the Programme Director plays a crucial role in steering the project towards success. This position demands keen oversight of every aspect of the programme, ensuring that all elements are aligned with the overarching goals.
What You’ll Be Doing

Programme Management

  • Manage and update the TCP plan, ensuring its current and available for reporting.
  • Analyse the plan for early warnings and maintain the TCP Status Chart.
  • Perform QA checks on reports and use Primavera P6 for advanced scheduling.

Driving the Programme and Cross-Functional Working

  • Chair weekly programme meetings and lead All-Hands and cross-functional meetings.
  • Share targets with stakeholders and support delivery partners.
  • Drive revenue collection, launch calls, and inventory management.

MNO Interface

  • Build relationships with MNO contacts and the Boldyn Account team.
  • Produce weekly forecasts, monthly exec reports, and implementation plans.
  • Attend programme and exec meetings, and support site visits.

Partner or Customer Interface

  • Build relationships with partner or customer contacts and support the Account Director.
  • Chair weekly programme meetings and manage concession issues.

Boldyn Governance

  • Provide programme information for various governance reviews and meetings.
  • Prepare and lead sessions for the TCP Governance review and Programme Board.

Wider Boldyn PMO Activities

  • Support the development of the Boldyn UK&I PMO and manage portfolio resources.
  • Assist with plans for new bids.
