  • Overseeing programme budgets, resource planning, and governance, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within cost, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Translating complex business and workforce requirements into actionable, structured transformation roadmaps that support our operational fulfilment network.

About you:

  • Experience as a Programme Manager within Transformation / HR or OD or Senior Project Leader with a heavy focus on driving HR transformation, organisational design (OD), target operating models, and large-scale people change programmes
  • Proven track record of managing upward among executive leadership, influencing key decision-makers, and building collaborative relationships across matrixed business areas
  • Formally certified in recognised programme and project management methodologies (such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or PMBOK)
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial discipline, with hands-on experience managing programme budgets, governance, and PMO structures
  • Exceptional negotiation, mediation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and deliver clear, well-structured change communications
