Support the design of efficient and effective commercial incentive schemes

  • Partner with local commercial leaders as they define their incentive schemes, helping them assess trade-offs between different design options.

  • Conduct initial impact assessments of proposed schemes under various scenarios (e.g. total cost, payout distribution, and behavioural implications).

  • Support local commercial leaders to prepare their “go-to-market” for new incentive schemes such that they are clear and engaging for the incentive participants

Key Competencies
