Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.

  • Champion process optimisation, technology adoption, and organisational transformation across the firm

Programme Lead, Sustainability & Regulatory Change - What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in delivering programmes addressing new regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
  • Formal programme/project management qualifications (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, APM).
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • A passion for driving positive change, solution-oriented thinking, and a commitment to best practice.
  • Forward-thinking, collaborative, and inclusive mindset aligned with Linklaters’ values.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact through well-executed change, and have the expertise to lead on both delivery and subject matter, we’d love to hear from you.
