Programme Director

Help strengthen and lead our Team as our Programme Director on a Fixed Term Contract till 30th April 2026. Home based role.

Great Opportunity to join our team as our Programme Director to lead a portfolio of various infrastructure, telephony and AI initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver projected benefits. This senior role requires proactive leadership, decision-making, and responsibility for successful delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing infrastructure, telephony, AI and reporting implementations for our clients.
• Managing programme economics, including costs, staffing, and risks.
• Leading programme teams in translating business requirements into operational plans.
• Ensuring business benefits are realized and progress is monitored.
• Initiating formal reviews and managing stakeholder relationships.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong programme director experience
• Core Infrastructure experience
• Has proven leadership skills, and a good knowledge of business analysis
• Experience of delivering infrastructure, telephony, AI and cloud projects/programmes
• Methods and techniques for negotiating contracts for the supply of IT products and services
• Experience of managing project risks
• Expertise in project quality management, business case development, and benefits realization.
• Experience of budgeting and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of organisational culture and IT industry trends.
• Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme
• Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of programme and project management methods including MSP, PRINCE2 and Agile
• Able to gain SC clearance
