The Opportunity

The Programme Director LVS (Landmark Valuation Services) Transformation is responsible for the strategic leadership, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of large-scale migration programmes for LVS 3.0 platform transformation on time and on budget.  This includes all aspects of migration and transformation programme activities for SPN+ and other future products.

This includes overseeing all aspects of programme management, from co-ordination of initial requirements capture through to implementation and migration, operational handover, and continuous improvement. 

The Programme Director will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers, ensuring that all contractual, operational, and commercial objectives are met.  The Programme Director will also be accountable for reporting, maintaining performance against KPIs and SLAs, managing change, and ensuring the programme aligns with business requirements.

About You

As Programme Director, LVS & Transformation, you will bring a strong track record of driving operational excellence and delivering complex, high‑impact programmes that enable business growth and transformation.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Extensive seniorlevel programme and project leadership experience within a software delivery or technology‑led environment.
  • Strong ability to influence and lead crossfunctional teams in a matrix organisation, building alignment without formal authority.
  • Exceptional operational and execution skills, with a hands‑on approach and the ability to step into the detail to drive meaningful transformation.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing priorities and leading diverse teams to successful outcomes.
  • A solid technical and industry background, complemented by commercial acumen across product/project planning and significant budget ownership.
  • A strong customercentric mindset, with demonstrable success in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long‑term partnership value.
  • Experience managing thirdparty suppliers and strategic partners, ensuring performance, value, and quality delivery.
  • Outstanding delivery focus, with strengths in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining momentum across complex programmes.
