Kaluza reimagines energy to bring net-zero within everyone’s reach. Our intelligent platform enables energy utilities to unlock the full value of a radically changing energy system and propel us to a future where renewable energy is sustainable, affordable and accessible for all.
From automating and simplifying core operations including billing to create a lower-cost, higher-engagement experience, to optimising energy usage across smart devices in the home, we turn tough challenges into win-win-win outcomes for customers, suppliers and the energy system.
At Kaluza we embrace a flexible, hybrid work model that balances autonomy with the power of in-person connection. Many of our teams find value in coming together regularly to collaborate, strengthen relationships, and accelerate progress. We’re focused on shaping thoughtful, team-driven approaches that support both business impact and individual well-being.
We also prioritise meaningful company-wide gatherings like our annual conference and end-of-year celebrations, that bring us together to align, connect, and celebrate.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be joining Kaluza’s Customer Success team, home to some of the company’s most critical, complex, and high-impact programmes.
As a Programme Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of flagship customer initiatives across a range of workstreams. This is a dynamic, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, rigorous organisation, a collaborative mindset, and a natural curiosity for solving problems.
While this role is primarily client facing, you will also be interacting with internal Product, Engineering, and Delivery stakeholders to keep projects moving, unblock bottlenecks, and bring structure to fast-moving environments.
About You
You’ll be excited by operational excellence and motivated by helping complex teams succeed. You may be early in your project management journey, but you thrive in collaborative settings, love organising chaos into clarity, and feel confident communicating across all levels of an organisation.
This role is designed to enable a person to move into a career in project management; while not a requirement, any experience of project management work and/or relevant certifications and training in modern project management techniques and methodologies will be a bonus.
Ideally, you’ll have/be:
Organisational Superpowers
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Strong time management skills and comfort with deadline-driven work
- Capable of managing documentation, trackers, and stakeholder comms with precision
Clear, Confident Communicator
- Skilled in both written and verbal communication
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing next steps
- Comfortable distilling project progress into status updates and dashboards
Technically Capable
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet)
- Confident using spreadsheets and collaboration tools (Excel, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working with and interpreting basic data or metrics
A Great Team Player
- A positive, people-first approach to working with diverse teams
- Proactive in surfacing and resolving issues
- Ready to jump in and help wherever needed
Problem Solver with a Growth Mindset
- A keen eye for risks, blockers, and process improvements
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Excited to learn new tools, practices, and business domains
What will set you apart
- Being proactive to the point where people think you’re telepathic
- The ability to zoom in and out. Someone comfortable working at team level at task detail level who can maintain a view of the bigger picture and communicate to stakeholders
- A relentless determination to understand complexities (the energy industry, modern software, multi-faceted problems)
- Demonstrating high EQ and empathy that enables you to tailor what you’re doing to suit your audience
