We’re hiring for a Programmatic Executive as part of Dentsu in London.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day-to-day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to set up, monitor and update campaign setup. You will help drive campaign performance and collaborate within internal team members and stakeholders.

We are looking for a curious person who is eager to learn fast, knows how to communicate and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment with all cultural challenges and opportunities this brings. A person that is highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about digital advertising and programmatic media.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for co-ordinating the end-to-end process of campaign implementation working with booking & trafficking teams to then implement set up in platform.

  • You will keep campaign tracking and pacing trackers up to date whilst providing insightful feedback and action points to the wider team.

  • Assist the team in their day-to-day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Use tools to pull data and insights as required by the team and clients.

  • Provide supporting work for planning and forecasting purposes.

  • Demonstrate a high level of communication capabilities by seeking and providing clarity, managing internal and client expectations and priorities, delivering a consistent strategic message, stakeholder collaboration and working cross-culturally on a regular basis;

  • Be part of a team that ensures efficient and accurate execution of Programmatic activity, ensuring client objectives are adhered to.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience within Programmatic.

  • Ability to showcase your approach, methodologies and reasoning for campaign setup and optimisations.

  • Experienced in managing or planning both awareness and performance campaigns via DSPs such as DV360, TradeDesk, Teads, Amazon etc.

  • Analytical and a problem solver with a high degree of numeracy and literacy.

  • You can look at data, analyse, simplify, and present back clearly to stakeholders.

  • Ability to work with team in prioritising task completion.

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
