We’re looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to drive and grow programmatic deal revenue across Condé Nast properties.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Digital, Sales and PMY (Pricing, Monetisation and Yield) teams to optimise performance across both display and video products.

As part of the Commercial Revenue Organisation, this role is essential in shaping Condé Nast’s programmatic deals business. You’ll develop programmatic strategies for clients and sales teams, manage deals and optimise performance to maximise revenue potential. You’ll work directly with strategic key accounts, including buyers at agencies, client-direct and DSPs to activate demand and optimize performance.

About the role 

  • Serve as Condé Nast’s primary point of contact for programmatic partners, providing exceptional customer service that drives revenue retention, growth and renewals.

  • Manage all non-guaranteed deal setup, optimizations, reporting and daily management in our SSPs.

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive programmatic advertising revenue growth in alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Understand how to leverage all programmatic strategies and platforms, including but not limited to the use of 1st party data.

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams on pre-sale pitches and RFIs.

  • Serve as internal and external programmatic campaign consultant, educating clients and agencies on products, solutions and best practices - ultimately growing existing business partnerships.

What we’re looking for 

  • Extensive experience in digital account management within the programmatic ecosystem.

  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, technologies and platforms (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges).

  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending tailored strategies. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with major programmatic advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk) is highly desirable.
