About the Role

Reporting to the Account Director, as a Programmatic Account Manager on Allwyn, you will oversee programmatic and digital investment campaigns (Direct/Managed Service), ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and client servicing. You will lead the planning, buying, and optimisation of campaigns while mentoring your team and building strong relationships with clients and media partners.  You will also work with the Digital Integration Director for Allwyn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, buy, and optimise programmatic and digital investment campaigns for Allwyn, delivering best-in-class results.
  • Team Support: Guide and mentor direct reports on campaign optimisation, hypothesis design, and best practices.
  • Client Servicing: Ensure robust media proposals aligned with client objectives. Deliver clear and actionable reporting, insights, and ideation.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, central OMG resources, and partner agencies. Build and maintain relationships with media owners and partners to create lasting collaborations.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly report on campaign performance and the Activation team’s delivery, identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to Hearts’ planning processes and SLAs to ensure exceptional campaign delivery.

About You

We are seeking a Programmatic Account Manager with strong experience in planning and activating campaigns, platform trading, and a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape.

Experience:

  • Programmatic planning or platform trading experience within an agency, client-side, or media owner environment.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, or Amazon.
  • Knowledge of the technical requirements for setting up Programmatic Display/Video campaigns, including ad servers and brand safety tools.

  • Campaign setup and optimisation.
  • Data analysis and insight generation.
  • In-channel planning and technical implementation.
  • Exceptional client management skills.
  • Partner management and relationship building.

  • Data Tools: Semasio, Lotame, Verizon.
  • Reporting Tools: Datorama, Tableau.
  • AdOps Tools: Prisma, Google Campaign Manager, Flashtalking.
  • Content Verification: DoubleVerify.
