Program Specialist (Remote - UK)
Are you passionate about driving performance improvement and enabling teams to succeed? Join our team as a Program Specialist and play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of our Pre-Sales and Sales teams. This is a remote role based in the UK, where you’ll contribute to impactful projects that develop awareness, knowledge, and skills in areas like Pre-Sales Learning & Development, Solution Demonstration, and Value Selling.
What You’ll Do:
Execute Tasks: Carry out specific project tasks on time and to high standards.
Collaborate: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Communicate: Keep stakeholders informed on project progress and challenges.
Solve Problems: Address issues as they arise and find solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure Quality: Maintain high quality standards for your work and contribute to the project’s overall success.
What We’re Looking For:
Microsoft 365 Skills: Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: A critical thinker who can tackle challenges head-on.
Collaboration & Adaptability: Team player with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing requirements.
Time Management & Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with software demonstration tools, screen recording, or video editing.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools within Microsoft 365.
