At Zeelo, we’re on a mission to revolutionise how frontline workers commute by delivering reliable, sustainable and scalable transportation solutions. We partner with global leaders like Amazon, Barclays and UPS, helping thousands of people access work safely and on time — especially where public transport can’t.

Programme Operations Coordinator

2026 is a defining year at Zeelo — our 10-Year Breakthrough Year.
It’s the moment we sharpen focus, raise the bar, and scale what works as we enter Chapter Three of our growth journey. That means more clarity, stronger standards, and a high-performance culture where execution matters.

We’re looking for a Programme Operations Co-ordinator — an entry-level role designed for someone with energy, strong organisation skills, and a passion for operational excellence. This is the first step in the Programme Operations career pathway, with clear progression into a Programme Operations Manager role.

What You’ll Do

This role exists to support the end-to-end operational delivery of Zeelo programmes, enabling Programme Operations Managers (POMs) to maintain full accountability for service outcomes. You’ll be a critical part of daily execution: performance monitoring, data accuracy, compliance support, and service coordination

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who gets a buzz from operational excellence; the satisfaction of knowing things are running smoothly because you’ve been proactive, organised, and two steps ahead.

You naturally bring structure and clarity to busy environments. You’re the type of person who enjoys keeping things on track: following up, spotting gaps, making sure the details are right, and building routines that make the work easier for everyone around you.

You’re confident communicating with others; whether it’s updating a Programme Operations Manager, chasing missing operator documents, or supporting the wider team with what’s happening on the ground. You know how to keep people informed, keep momentum moving, and escalate appropriately when something needs attention.

You’re also comfortable working with data and systems. You don’t need to be an analyst, but you do care about accuracy, you can keep records clean and up to date, and you’re happy using dashboards or tools to spot trends and flag issues early.

Most importantly, you’ve got a strong sense of ownership; you don’t leave problems hanging, you take pride in delivering quality work, and you want to develop quickly. This is an entry-level role, but it’s not passive: it’s for someone who wants a meaningful start in operations, with clear progression into a Programme Operations Manager role.

If you’ve had experience in an operational environment (transport, logistics, customer service, compliance; anything fast-paced and detail-driven), brilliant. If not, you’ll still thrive here if you’re hungry to learn, highly organised, and motivated by real-world delivery.

If you’re highly organised, operationally curious, and excited to grow in a scaling business during a breakthrough year — we’d love to hear from you.
