The role will be reporting to the Head of DigitalONE Delivery with the primary objective of partnering with technology for the delivery of the  DigitalONE program.  You will be working directly with the Technology Program Office, Technology Leads and each respective Business functions Business process Owner.  

What you’ll do  

 

  1. Manage and Maintain alignment on scope and deliverables for both DigitalONE releases and monthly Squad releases 

  1. Coordinate with Technology on scope lock and change control processes to ensure all parties are aware of what is and what is not in scope for each subsequent release. 

  1. Consolidate a single plan on a page working with Technology, Business Process Owners, Program & Change Manager and the Change Management & Digital Adoption Lead  

  1. Manage a centralised Risk Registry on all risks (Technology & business) for the program while summarising and reporting out key risks to stakeholders 

  1. Partner with the UAT lead in technology and the Business Process Owners to align on UAT entry and exit criteria, review of UAT test scripts to ensure completeness and assist in the coordination of UAT. 

  1. Partner with Technology on Hypercare monitoring and tracking to ensure Business Process Owners are aware of issues for prioritisation, support where necessary and ensure the lifecyle of support tickets flows into either resolution or development scope. 

  1. Program Coordination: Recognising the programs complex and diverse nature be prepared to embrace additional adhoc / admin tasks with potential for additional project management responsibilities. 

 

What you’ll need  

 

  1. Attention to Detail; Ability to review differing and complex data sets and provide simplified summaries whilst being able to identify gaps and risks. 

  1. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and metrics to assess their impact and help make informed decisions. 

  1. Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions to drive the successful adoption of DLR processes  

  1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  1. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and trust among team members and stakeholders. 

  1. Project Management Experience: Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of objectives. 

  1. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
