Program Manager - London/Remote

ApotheCom, an exciting and innovative leader in the field of medical communications, is growing! We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team on a growing, dynamic account supporting on global delivery of publication and medical affairs projects.

As an integral part of the Client Services team,you will have publications experience and be responsible for developing and coordinating all project elements including project and timeline management, collaborating with account team members and external clients to update project status reports, financial tracking/reporting and management of budgets, proposal development, and help drive program development across stakeholder groups. You will interface with internal departments, clients, external experts, and vendors. Program Managers ensure all project elements are implemented according to objectives, specifications, on schedule and on budget. You will be comfortable working autonomously and across global time zones. 

To succeed you will have:

•    Excellent project management skills.
•    Previous experience managing projects in a medical communications or pharmaceutical marketing environment.
•    The ability to support on client facing projects on dynamic accounts while meeting client and group objectives.
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Therapy area experience.
•    Financial understanding – the ability to monitor and track budgets.
•    A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills.
